I don't think this is made of cat. Looks more like deer.
It's a 1936 piece called "Fur covered breakfast" by Meret Oppenheim. It's by far her most famous work, but she lived for half a century after that, and had many more things to say.
She said:
"Nobody gives you freedom, you have to take it"
She was quite a piece of work herself.
