Do you know this man?
The Executive Branch of the Government of the United States is seeking the public's assistance in identifying the man in these photos:
He is being sought for questioning as a material witness in the Richard Bruce Cheney worldwide crime spree investigation, which is expected to begin
If you know this man's location, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO APPREHEND (or impeach) HIM, as he is considered armed, dangerous, useless, and completely exempt from the law.
